More on Anniversary and SmartLab

I’m off to the SmartLab Exchange (http://www.smartlabexchange.com/Event.aspx?id=369178) in Berlin, Germany, where I’ll be all of next week. As such, I will be unreachable to everyone except those people that I have agreed to stay in-contact with. Here’s my plan: those people with an ongoing need to stay in-touch with me get priority on my time for next week, as I expect it to be a busy week.

Being on the Advisory Board, having meetings to attend to while I’m there, and as a Media Partner to the event, I’m sure the event will keep me busy. That, plus I’m taking a little vacation time while I’m there to see some of the sights. Unlike previous events where I'd blogged about them each day, I've decided just to focus on attending and participating in the event and not worry about the blog, next week. I'm sure I'll write something when I return to give some updates on the event, though.

Just by chance, the 15-year anniversary of GeoMetrick Enterprises is next Friday, March 4th, 2011, the day that I’m flying back to the US. So, instead, I plan to celebrate that anniversary during the event and you can plan that I’ll be willing to buy a beverage or two for some of you also attending to make note of the anniversary.

By the way, since some of you have asked: no, I will not be presenting or speaking at the SmartLab Exchange. Additionally, I’ve turned down every event that has asked me to present or speak in 2011, so far, so if you didn’t get to one of my presentations or workshops, last year, you probably won’t get the opportunity, this year. That’s based on my current schedule, at least.
